Terms & Conditions – Feature Film

Submission Guidelines

Only fully filled entry forms will be accepted.
The film should have been released/unreleased between January 1, 2023, and February 2026.
Subtitles are required for films of all languages.
The production house must submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate). A film submitted without NOC will not be accepted.
Please make sure all links are accessible and open to the person viewing it.
Submit a high-definition poster of your film for publicity at least 20 days before the festival.

Winners will receive trophies and certificates. There are no cash prizes.
Each film will receive a participation certificate.
Only the films selected by the jury will be shown to the audience during the 2 festival days.

Submission fee is non-refundable.
Multiple entries can be submitted with separate entry forms; each film is a new entry.
The Feature film once registered cannot be withdrawn for any reason.

Juries will be veteran filmmakers, and their decision is final.
The entire authority of this festival shall remain with the main organizer Bhagwan Sanskrutik Creation and Social Foundation, Kolhapur.
The format, scope and decision-making rights of the award ceremony are reserved for the main organizer.
No legal action shall be taken against the organizer in connection to the festival.
