Short Film / Documentary / Web-Series Submission

Submission Guidelines

  • Only fully filled entry forms will be accepted.
  • Short film length should be maximum of 30 minutes with start to end title.
  • Subtitles are compulsory for all languages.
  • No banner registration and Censor Certificate required.
  • If the person submitting is not the producer, they must provide a NOC from the producer.
  • Please make sure all submission links are accessible and open to the reviewer.

Awards & Recognition

  • Winners will receive trophies and certificates. There are no cash prizes.
  • Each film will receive a participation certificate.
  • Only one documentary and web-series will win an award as the best in category.
  • Only jury-selected films will be screened to the audience during the festival.

Submission Rules

  • Submission fee is non-refundable.
  • Anybody can submit one or more entries — no limit on submissions.
  • Multiple entries must use separate entry forms; each film is a new entry.
  • The competition is open for professionals as well as students.
  • Short film, Web Series, Documentary once registered cannot be withdrawn for any reason.

Jury & Legal

  • All juries will be veterans of the Indian film industry.
  • The decisions taken by the juries will be considered as final.
  • No legal action to be taken against the juries and the film festival itself.
  • The entire authority of this festival will rest with the chief organizer, Bhagwan Sanskrutik Creation and Social Foundation, Kolhapur.
